From “Homeless to Hotels Opportunity” to “Hope to Others”

We are literally almost there!!! We can do it together!!
What's happening?
As a faith-based, non-profit effort, we are now OFFICIAL partners with LAHSA (Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority) with access to EVERY hotel in Los Angeles and the opportunity to share about Jesus with every homeless person being quarantined in them!
We have a unique open door RIGHT NOW to make an impact & share God’s love that we didn’t have before and won’t have for much longer.
To touch the lives of some of the most vulnerable in our city, reminding them they are seen, and not forgotten, they are loved and not worthless. Together, we can give "Hope to Others” from homeless shelters, to domestic violence safe houses, to at-rick youth group homes.
What are we going to do about it?
In Jesus’ ministry, he shared the gospel through both words & deeds. Let’s do the same!
Wave 4: Assembling care packages to meet specific strategic needs physically, emotionally & spiritually, and need YOUR help to handwrite cards, donate, pray and/or sew masks! We are praying to impact thousands of people!!
How can I be a part of the impact?
Here are 3 ways:

Cloth masks - make, buy, or gather - (same drop off as the cards. Or contact mary@livetenotwo.com for pick up).
Please PRAY for: Project H2O, those who receive it, and for a move of God in our city of Greater Los Angeles.
What's our goal?
Wave 1: to create 100 packages in 72 hours - WE DID IT - read the update.
Wave 2: to create 1,000 packages in 10 days - WE DID IT AGAIN - read the update.
WAVE 3 & 4: to create thousands of packages - Let’s bring “Hope to Others” (H2O) during this crisis until every person quarantined in a hotel receives a package of God’s love through Word & deed!!
From there, we pray this will multiply until all quarantine hotels, domestic violence shelters, and at-risk youth homes across Greater LA are engaged!! While expanding to other counties & cities until all quarantine shelters are touched by God’s love through our gifts, gospel message on cards, and prayer.
We are keeping it simple & have a follow up system in place to lead to discipleship, for the harvest that is plentiful! If you’d like to be a part of the coordinating team or churches in LA or in other cities, please contact: mary@livetenotwo.com

Your impact potential with H2O has been expanded! As you write cards, make masks, and/or donate, you can connect to practical training (online for a few consecutive weeks) in areas like:
Gospel conversations
Suicide prevention
Domestic Violence / Trafficking prevention
New Hope Trauma Counseling training
Neighborhood engagement

1. Rising of the wave (cards, masks, donations)
2. Shoreline of the wave (counting, assemble, pickup/delivering)
3. Soaking of the wave (follow up to pray, facilitate Discovery Bible Study, invite into community)
